• Online competitions

• AI prompts

• eBooks

• Other downloadable or non-tangible digital goods

Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as all our offerings are digital and delivered instantly or made accessible immediately.

Refund Policy

• No refunds are applicable on any digital product purchases.

• All sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.

• No refund will be provided for multiple downloads of the same product.

Exceptions

• Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors

  • Non-delivery of access due to system issues at MindScope Digital’s end

If such an issue occurs, please contact our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of the transaction.
