5. Purchases; Pricing; Taxes

Prices for digital products (e.g., e‑books) and competition registrations are shown in INR and may change without notice. Taxes (including GST) may apply. We may use third‑party payment processors. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.

6. Digital Products (E‑books, PDFs)

Upon successful payment, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased file(s) for your own use. You may not resell, share, post publicly, or distribute the files.

7. Competitions & Events

Each competition has its own rules and timelines published on the contest page. By registering, you agree to those rules, including submission requirements, judging criteria, prize amounts, and deadlines. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a contest page, registration fees are non‑refundable; judges’ decisions are final and binding; and certificates are issued digitally within the stated timeline.

8. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., competition entries, comments). You grant BBAI a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, display, and share your content for operating, promoting, and improving the Services (including showcasing winners and entries).

• Our IP: All site content, logos, trade names, graphics, and materials are owned by BBAI or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

(a) violate laws or third‑party rights;

(b) upload malware or harmful code;

(c) attempt to scrape or reverse‑engineer the Services;

(d) use automated means without permission;

(e) post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;

(f) cheat or manipulate competition outcomes; or (g) bypass access controls.

10. Third‑Party Services

We may link to third‑party sites or services (e.g., payment gateways, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components, or that results will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBAI and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBAI from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Vasco Da Gama, Goa, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer laws.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and improve the Services, process orders and registrations, deliver downloads and certificates.

• Prevent fraud, enforce Terms, and ensure platform safety.

• Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, law enforcement requests).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (E‑books, PDFs)

• All sales are final once the file is delivered or download access is granted.

• If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us within 7 days of purchase; we’ll verify and assist.

• Duplicate payments or accidental multiple orders may be refunded after verification.

• ·Chargebacks for delivered digital goods may lead to account restriction.

Competitions & Events

• Registration fees are generally non‑refundable, including in cases of withdrawal, disqualification, or missed deadlines, unless a contest page explicitly states otherwise.

• If BBAI cancels or materially postpones a contest, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

How to Request Support

Email info@brainbehindai.com with your order ID, registered email, and issue details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital)

• No physical shipping. E‑books and digital content are delivered via on‑screen download links and/or email to your account email after payment confirmation.

• Competition participation is confirmed by on‑site status/email; certificates are delivered digitally within the timeline announced on the contest page.
