How to Participate?

1. Register via the official BrainBehindAI contest portal.

2. Download the official "Before Resume" template provided after registration.

3. Use any AI tool(s) of your choice to rewrite, redesign, and improve the resume.

4. Prepare a single PDF file that includes:

   • The original "Before" resume

   • Your improved "After" resume

   • A list of all AI tools and key prompts used

5. Upload the PDF in the contest submission form.

6. Once submitted, your entry is final. Edits, emails, or alternate formats will not be accepted.

Rules and Guidelines

• Each participant must submit exactly 1 PDF with the before, after, and tools list.

• The "After" resume must be meaningfully different from the original cosmetic changes only will not be considered.

• Submission Format: One PDF file containing:

  • Original resume (Page 1)

  • Improved resume (Page 2 onwards)

  • AI tools and prompts used (final page, max 300 words)

• The PDF file size must not exceed 5 MB.

• All improvements must be made using AI tools. Manual redesigns without AI involvement will be disqualified.

• Judging Weightage:

  • Quality of Transformation (40%)

  • Prompt Strategy and AI Tool Usage (30%)

  • Presentation and Professionalism (30%)

• Verification Clause: Shortlisted entries may be subject to additional verification. Participants may be asked to reproduce their process if required.

• Entries are accepted only through the official BrainBehindAI contest form. Once submitted, entries are final and cannot be revised.

Fairness and Legal Disclaimer

• All entries must follow the official rules. Non-compliant submissions may be disqualified to maintain fairness.

• Registration fees are non-refundable, including in cases of withdrawal or disqualification, to ensure equal treatment for all participants.

• The judges' decisions will be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.

• Entries that appear manually designed without AI involvement or plagiarized will be disqualified at the discretion of the judging panel.

• Participation certificates will be issued digitally within 30 days of the result announcements.
